Sales Terms and Conditions:
- After payment is received there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, except as noted in our refund policy. All mailing and delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Payment in full is required at the time of purchase.
- Confirm your seat location and price before completing your purchase.
- 8% City of Chicago amusement tax is added to your total ticket price.
Wrigley Field Premium Ticket Services, Inc. and customer agree arbitration held in Chicago, Illinois pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association, is the customers exclusive remedy for any disputes and there shall be no right to arbitrate any claim as a class action. Arbitration is governed by Illinois law. By accepting delivery of the tickets, customer accepts the foregoing terms of agreement.
Delivery:
Tickets can be picked up at our office during normal business hours, Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or until ½ hour after game time for night and weekend games. Photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase are required for pickup. Tickets not picked up during these hours will be left at the courtesy drop off will call window #13 at Wrigley Field on the day of the game.

In the event of a rainout or game cancellation, you must return your tickets with receipt in person or by mail before the end of the baseball season to:

The total paid for your tickets, less a 10% service fee, will be refunded to you in the form of a check.
Wrigley Field Premium Ticket Services, Inc. is not responsible for tickets lost by mail.
